Paid tickets are confirmed when mobile-money payment succeeds. Complimentary tickets are confirmed when we issue a sealed code. We may refuse or cancel registrations that look fraudulent. Event details (date, venue, programme) can change. We will update the site and email ticket holders when we can. Donations are voluntary gifts to support the community and are not tickets unless we say so. You must not misuse the site, copy sealed tickets, or attempt to access staff tools. Zambian law applies.
